Steps to place custom orders:

1) Place your order online first.

• Minimum order is 25 parasols.
• Choose Parasol Size. See Comparison Chart.
• Choose Parasol Color. See Comparison Chart.
• Choose Text Font and Text Color. See Fonts Below.

2) Email CSR@PaperLanternStore.com with your Font or special request. Please include the

• Order Number
• Font File
• Any detailed information regarding design
• Applicable Contact Information

3) You will receive a reply from PaperLanternStore stating we have received your order request and will process it for submission.

Order Acceptance - All custom orders must be approved by our print masters before production can start. Generally, most images you have rights to can be custom printed but if there are production or rights issues, we will let you know beforehand.

4) Upon approval, PaperLanternStore will supply the customer with a ""Digital Proof"" (digital image of the custom product within 3-5 business days) and an estimate on delivery time.

5) Upon approval of ""Digital Proof"" and delivery times, we will charge payment and start production. Please note that once production has stated, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

6) PaperLanternStore will periodically update you updates as to the status of your custom printed order.

7) PaperLanternStore will email you with a final Tracking # and Courier information.

***Please Note: If you have other items purchased with this personalized item, your order will not ship until the printed bags are completely done and ready to ship. If you need others items to ship first, please place 2 separate orders or call customer service to arrange shipping options.***
