Custom Imprinted Paper Lanterns
| CREATE A LANTERN SECTION Were happy to accommodate custom orders for paper lanterns, string lights, battery lanterns, and unique shaped lanterns according to your specifications. Lead-time for custom orders is usually 2-3 months from the date the sample is approved. Please do not hesitate to email us regarding any custom orders. We work with our clients to the best of our abilities regarding cost, lead times, and availability and are able to fulfill most requests. Please follow the steps outlined below to see your designs realized in time for your special events: Custom Orders: 1) All inquiries should be emailed to CS2@AsianImportStoreInc.com. Please include the following in the email: Lantern Shape Lantern color Lantern Size Quantity (note: 1000 piece minimum order for lanterns) Any logos, images, original artwork, fonts and text Complete contact information, including phone, email and shipping address 2) Asian Import Store, Inc. will reply to your inquiry within 3-7 business days regarding: Order Acceptance - All custom orders must be approved by our manufacturer before production can start. We are able to fulfill most requests: We will let you know if we are unable to accommodate your prints. Lead Time In general, production time is between 2-3 months, once the order is approved and finalized. (Estimates based on ocean freight) Cost - Cost per unit. 3) Upon order approval, Asian Import Store, Inc. will supply the customer with a "proof" (digital image of the custom product) within 7-14 business days. 4) A deposit of 50% is due upon approval of "digital proof" and lead times before production begins. We accept check, money order, or credit card. Production will begin immediately after the deposit is received. Please note: Once we start production, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges! 5) Payment of the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of items to your warehouse location. ***Please note, in special circumstances custom orders can be created for express delivery (less the normal lead times). Additional shipping costs, including Air Freight and expedited processing, are the responsibility of the customer. |
